2. ElektroEko’s offering is addressed to all businesses responsible under the WEEE act. It depends on the client’s category which in turn is linked to the type of electrical or electronic equipment introduced by the client to the Polish market:
a. Clients marketing "Business to Customer” equipment ("B2C”).
For clients in this category, our pricing is based on the amounts of equipment sold by the client on the Polish market. The accounting unit is therefore “PLN / unit”
b. Clients marketing "Business to Business” equipment ("B2B”).
For clients in this category, our pricing depends on the weight of equipment sold by the client on the Polish market. The accounting unit is therefore “PLN / kg”
c. Clients marketing "Business to Customer” ("B2C”) and "Business to Business” ("B2B”) equipment
For clients in this category, our pricing is based on the amounts or weight of equipment sold by the client on the Polish market. The accounting unit is therefore “PLN / unit” or “PLN / kg”. This offer is a mix between the B2C and B2B offers.
Black Box ElektroEko ensures client data confidentiality through our “Black Box” system. Understanding that our Clients are competing businesses, we have been careful to design an IT system that fully secures the confidential sales data submitted by our Clients. This system is used to manage information about the amounts and weight of equipment sold/introduced to the market in a given time frame. This information is necessary to meet the reporting obligations to the General Environment Protection Inspectorate. Upon receipt of an individual login and password, a Client submits the required information via a web page. Data introduced into the Black Box this way is automatically aggregated, and ElektroEko receives only totalized information about the amounts and weight of products introduced by all clients, divided into individual equipment types.
3. Our price offering distributes the costs of building the waste equipment management system to all participants of the ElektroEko system. This includes in particular the waste equipment collection and processing system. To ensure the integrity and security of the system, ElektroEco verifies the information introduced into the Black Box system.
II. Trade organizations (wholesalers, retail chains, retail outlets):
1. We offer to pick up and transport waste electrical and electronic equipment collected in a retail outlet.
To start your cooperation with ElektroEko, apply to our organization to sign an appropriate service contract.
2. We offer three forms of logistic cooperation:
- delivery of waste electrical and electronic equipment by the trade organization to an indicated processing facility. Payment for the delivery service rendered by the trade organization is made against weight - settlements are made in PLN per kg of delivered equipment. The minimum logistics amount is determined individually by the trade organization;
- delivery of waste electrical and electronic equipment to a collection warehouse managed by the trade organization. Payment for the delivery service rendered by the trade organization is made against weight - settlements are made in PLN per kg of delivered equipment. Collection from the warehouse is handled by ElektroEko or a cooperating company, at the expense of ElektroEko. In this scenario the logistic minimum is 80% of the capacity of a container made available at ElektroEko’s expense. Once the container is full, the trade organization notifies the logistics operator to pick it up (at ElektroEko’s expense). The filled container is replaced by an empty one. Pickup takes place within 4-5 days of notification.
- Pickup of waste electrical and electronic equipment directly from each individual retail outlet. ElektroEko covers no logistics costs, but picks up the equipment from the retail outlet at its own expense (or commissions this task to an indicated company). In this scenario the logistics minimum is 500 kg. Once the minimum is achieved, the trade organizing notifies the logistics operator to pick it up (at ElektroEko’s expense). Pickup takes place within 4-5 days of notification, and loading is carried out by, and at the expense of the logistics operator cooperating with ElektroEko.
3. Providing collection points and trade organizing issues with containers or mesh baskets depends on agreements with individual companies. The waste equipment storage area at the collection point must meet the following conditions:
- separated area;
- secured from third party access;
- mixing of various types of waste is prevented;
- no negative impact on human health and the environment;
- accessible by a manually operated pallet trolley.
4. The trade organization is obligated to attach to each transport a Waste Collection Card compliant with the Ordinance of the Minister of Natural Environment of February 14, 2006 on the templates of documents used in waste management.
5. ElektroEko also offers trade organizations the opportunity to participate in an educational program implemented and financed by the organization. Such partnership must contribute to the concept of the educational program.
III. Municipalities and local government bodies:
1. We offer assistance in the establishment of collection points and pickup of collected electric and electronic equipment
2. We cooperate with local collection points:
- We can co-finance the establishment and maintenance of a collection point. The entire process from pickup to processing is financed by ElektroEko.
- If a municipality establishes its own collection point, we offer free pickup of collected waste equipment. We do the pickup ourselves or through our logistics partners. If the municipal collection point organizes its own shipping of collected equipment to a processing facility indicated by EletroEko, we will cover the shipping costs incurred by this collection point.
3. ElektroEko offers municipalities and local government bodies the opportunity to participate in educational programs implemented and financed by the organization. We can also participate in educational activities organized by the municipality, as long as the purpose of these programs is to increase community awareness about managing electric and electronic waste.
IV. Municipal waste processing organizations:
1. We seek to cooperate with waste electrical and electronic equipment processing organizations which have obtained a registration number from the General Environment Protection Inspectorate
2. We can offer such facilities to finance the processing of the waste equipment, as long as this equipment meets the parameters of the WEEE act. In cases where the processing entity also collects and transports the waste equipment from the collection point to the processing facility, ElektroEko can also cover the shipping costs of this equipment. Payment for transport is made against the weight of the shipped equipment.
3. The above-mentioned equipment to be processed may originate both from the collection network created and managed by ElektroEko, as well as from the collection network created and managed by the processing facility.
4. ElektroEko may participate in educational activities organized by the processing facilities, as long as the purpose of these activities is to maximize the amount of waste equipment collected.
